There is no magic formula for determining the right photocopier speed for your new MFP, printer or copier. There are however broad guidelines based on the “technical” minimum to maximum output a device can handle at each speed range.
Although these monthly volumes Vs speeds are only an indication, other factors in the business are usually taken into consideration such as budget, productivity and comfortability with the general speed.
